I loved that everything I needed was in one location. Loved the downstairs bar/lobby, the pantry, tasty drinks and food! I appreciated the daily $25 discounts, as well. It was a great price for such a nice hotel.

Great location in the fancy part of Chicago (although I did prefer the vibe of staying in the Loop- my previous accommodation in Chicago a bit better). Hotel was extremely nice! Room was very spacious and bed was really comfy. Lighting in the bathroom was great for doing my make up!

I liked the location for walking to restaurants and tourist destinations. I was there for a conference and the conference center was nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was really clean and the housekeeping service was great. I liked that despite the small room size, the space was laid out really well.

Location , additionally, the hotel has the best room cleaning staff of all the Marriott Hotels I’ve been in, and believe me I have been using Marriott for More than 12 years. My congratulations 🎉 to the housekeeping room cleaning staff.

The bar staff were friendly and most especially Gloria at reception. She made sure that my needs were attended to. She took extra care also to take in our baggage when the bell man was not available. I had vowed never to return to a Marriott, but Gloria was exceptional, and l was pleased.

Airport was a 25 minute drive away. Check in was very smooth and the check in gentleman was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly adequate for our 2 day stay. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from the room on the 37th floor was amazing.The Downtown Marriott is centrally located with easy access for sightseeing, restaurants and bars.
